I gave David a 5 star review. I would have given him 5+ if Google would have allow me to. We recently moved from BC back to Halifax. We hooked up with David and briefed him on what we were looking for.
They have a neat web tool that shows you properties that fit your criteria and we soon found a place that looked good. Since we were out in BC, and Covid times and all that, David took us through the house with his video phone pointing out all the various features. He led us through the bidding process and we were lucky to get the house. He then also organized a house inspection via video for us. We had numerous issues and questions and David guided us through what can be a stressful experience in calm, patient and helpful way. David’s great, anyone would be very lucky to have him as their agent.
