$500 Cash Back on Closing Day!

Terms and Conditions:

1. This promotion is open to any person or corporation who becomes a client, either Buyer or Seller, of House Maestro Realty Inc. between March 1, 2025 and Sept 1, 2025.
2. To sign up for the offer, new clients must request the Spring Promotion Cash Back Offer at the time of entering into a Seller Brokerage Agreement or a Buyer Brokerage Agreement with House Maestro Realty Inc.. The cashback opportunity, if requested, will be written into the Agreement.
3. House Maestro Realty Inc. will pay $500.00 to clients who have signed up for this offer and who close a real estate transaction before January 1, 2026 with a purchase price of $400,000 or higher, while still under agreement with House Maestro Realty Inc. at the time of closing.
4. House Maestro Realty Inc. will make payment to all clients who qualify, either by cheque or by e-transfer within 24 hours of closing day.  Payment may be delayed if the client is unable to receive an e-transfer or if a cheque needs to be sent through Canada Post.  Recipients will be required to sign a receipt for the payment.
5. House Maestro Realty Inc. reserves the right to decline taking on a new client, for any normal operational reason.
