Ensuring the Closing Goes Smoothly
There are a whole pile of things that have to happen in between the moment you sign the agreement to purchase a home and the date when it finally becomes yours.
It is my job to track the details, to make sure that everything gets done. (I will even nag you if it seems a step has been forgotten).
I’ll work with the seller’s agent, your lawyer, and your mortgage lender to ensure that all the necessary paperwork has been completed and submitted. And, if you need advice on lawyers, inspectors, moving companies or mortgage brokers etc. I will give you the benefit of my expertise and experience.
